"Juhua®" FJC-XH02 FEP is modified high-purity FEP. Compared with other Juhua® brands, FJC-XH series products have higher purity, wide processing range and higher processing speed as well as better processability. This product contains no PFOA and PFOS, and has been approved by UL(QMFZ2: E320038, QMTM2: E312670) and SGS.
Application
It is mainly used for the insulation and jackets of high temperatue wires and cables, also used for large-sized data, communication wires' jackets, insulation and high-temp./corrosion-resistant pipes, films etc. It is not suitable for jackets and pipes with high requirements for stress resistance.
Extruding machine material
It is corrosive to most metals, and anti-corrosion materials are suggested for the extruding machines, such as:

Extruding machine L/D(L/D): 25: 1～30: 1;
Screw compression ratio: 3: 1;
Equilibrium ratio: 1.0～1.03;
Draw ratio: 140～170.

Notes
FEP resin will become more corrosive when decomposed, therefore, we should avoid operation at high temperature.
When heated, FEP can generate small amount of organic fluoro-containing waste gas. During the disassembly and assembly of die, the lubricating oil in heated status will also release unpleasant gases. These gases will be harmful to human body when inhaled! They should be discharged outdoor through exhaust system.
Packing
It is semi-transparent granular solid. In PE bag which will be put in hard fiber drum; or in double-layer reinforced plastic bag; net wt. 25kgs/drum(bag).
